Maker's Mark Wood Finishing Series BEP 2023 is a limited-release bourbon that showcases the influence of Maker's® unique, 110 barrel entry proof (BEP). This process delivers more flavor, smoothness, and even color. The extra water helps improve the congener concentration, which imparts flavors of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice. This expression is finished with special staves that amplify the notes of vanilla and sweet spice. It has a toasted vanilla aroma, a bright vanilla and brown sugar flavor, and a medium body with a balanced, rich caramel and dry baking spices finish. It is bottled at cask strength (110.7 proof).
