HOME BASE BOURBON BATCH 23 flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with California grown corn, western rye and lots of Mecca Grade Estate malted barley. The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 3, allowing the flavors from the high malt content - honey, maple and nut - to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons.
